One suggestion would be to cut off some budget from different sectors of life and invest it in education and on creating awareness in women of the country. That will give women a better role in the economic development of the country since the female of the house can also help their financial situation by working. This will in result control the birth rate. Another suggestion would be to develop the health sector of the country. The better healthcare system will bring both the death rate and birth rate significantly down. If the society is healthy, there will be more manpower to work for the development of the country and the end result would be the desired one.
